New generation control units
Perfect baking
Perfect baking guaranteed by a combination of two baking technologies: static and convection. This guarantees the user optimum baking precision and quality thanks to Tagliavini technology, not to mention great flexibility.
Maximum steam output
Being as this model is made up of two types of oven, Modular and Termovent, steam is generated by a traditional electric steam generator system for the Modular ovens and with water spray against a turbine in the Termovent ovens. In both cases the result on the end product is optimum.
Proofing cell (OPTIONAL)
The chamber block can be positioned on a support base with wheels or on a proofing cell on wheels.
Avant-garde technology
The Complex oven is the result of attentive, avant-garde technology which brings together practicality of use and minimum energy consumption. It is a versatile and robust electric oven to meet all needs. The I BAKE control panel incorporates the top level of technology in a touch screen.
